Supported specialist agency The Retail Practice in launching the UK website of Dutch lingerie brand Hunkemöller. Activations included hosting a press dinner in London and influencer management to gain coverage.
Creative direction and production of SS16 campaign imagery, social media strategy and execution, including community management, curation and copywriting of seasonal look book.

Alongside offering interim brand management support, key strategic projects included the development and implementation of a robust briefing process, creation of a cohesive cross-departmental brand calendar, scoping of Web 3.0 projects and improved internal communications within the Brand team.
Consulted on approaches to presenting the collection of this Middle Eastern fashion designer in the British market. The scope included business services, sourcing agents / showrooms and product placement opportunities.
Led the creative development of the brand identity for this lab-grown diamond company. From logo creation to colour palette selection, brand guidelines and copywriting, this culminated with the end-to-end delivery of a private launch event.

Acted as the UK sales agent, presenting the collection at trade shows as well as seeking partnership and product placement opportunities across the territory.
B2C launch of this cosmeceutical brand into the British market. Key activations included product placement during London Fashion Week, creation of digital assets for a paid Facebook campaign and the facilitation of pop-up shops in the key Q4 trading period.
Consulted on the production of packaging  for the launch of the Sabzi elixer, the inaugural product of this premium skincare brand, including an introduction to one of the best premium and luxury packaging suppliers.
Bringing together the brand creative and marketing teams to support the launch of the D2C, Pinter 2. Key responsibilities included managing the PR and exhibition stand production agencies, project management of events, partnerships, consumer insight and OOH activations.
Created and delivered the marketing strategy for the launch of DS Tayman Scotch whisky including creative direction and production of brand assets, social media strategy and staff recruitment.

Utilising print and digital touchpoints, a local marketing communications plan was developed to attract freelancers to this co-working space in London's Camden.
Working with retailers, landlords and public bodies to create and deliver multichannel communications, events and creative solutions that boost trade and improve public realms of key West End locations. Projects included project management of stakeholder events from intimate dinners for C-suite officers of leading brands to a conference on clean air in central London as well as liaison with national / local government and emergency services, particularly when creating crisis communications for BID members in response to the 2017 London terror attacks.

Championing the view that physical brand experiences shouldn't be side-lined for digital-only moments, Bashert Communications was born in 2015 as a boutique consultancy delivering 'retailtainment' solutions to fashion / lifestyle brands and retailers based in the UK. Over time, such retail consultancy services were utilised by clients in the Middle East looking to trade in the UK, as well as by some of London’s most prestigious business improvement districts (BIDs). Word spread and our client roster grew across a range of sectors including regulated industries such as alcohol, transport and charities.
